Warranty Period   For the Purchase after May 1st, 2010
Projectors: Three (3) year from the purchase date by the original retail purchaser (the "Customer") (except for lamps as specified below and refurbished units which have a separate warranty policy), parts and labor only (No advance replacement).
Exception: The W6000 has a (1) year warranty from the purchase date.
Lamps: Lamp is guaranteed 1 year or 2000 hours from the purchase date by the Customer, whichever comes first.

For the purchase before May 01, 2010

Defective Products   If under 30 days from time of Purchase from Starin:
Contact your Starin Customer Support Representative. A copy of the invoice with the purchase date will be required

If after 30 days, BenQ requests that if you contact them directly.
